1. Education

Required

• College or Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Business/ Economics/ Technical)
• Good English (4 skills)
• Qualified in purchasing course is an advantage

2. Experience

• From 2-year experience in buyer position for international companies

3. Knowledge of:

• Technical and equipment purchase.
• Product and process knowledge
• Understanding of production equipment and spare parts is advantages.
• Able to handle international purchasing

4. Skills and Abilities

• Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, planning, project management and people skills are a must.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, summarize information, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and, percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited information.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Languages: Local language and Good English skills, both in verbal and written
• Preferable knowledge & interest in MRO materials, negotiate with customer and/or technical knowledge
