Sailing Club

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Cluster GM, DOO, and SCLG Finance team to support:

- Monthly financial reporting (MMR, MFR, P&L coordination)

- Forecasting, variance analysis & operational finance

- Cost control, inventory oversight & revenue accuracy

- Collaboration with all HODs to align finance with operations

- POS & SMILE financial setup and accuracy

- Acting as the main finance contact

You’ll also work side-by-side with our Assistant Accounting Manager to ensure full coverage of both operational finance and accounting compliance — forming a strong finance leadership foundation for the Beach Club.

- Housing allowances for those holding a household registration in Phu Quoc;

-  3 years of hospitality finance experience

- Strong analytical skills & excellent Excel knowledge

- Understanding of SMILE and POS systems

- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
