Reservation and communication agent (80%)
• Handle confidently guest accommodation inquiries from different channels (Email, phone, Facebook messenger, zalo…) in a timely manner.
• Create profiles (individual, company, travel agent) in Opera.
• Create FIT reservation and group block on PMS System (Opera).
• Follow up guests and travel agents’ payment, flights, special requests and preferences and accurately update in system.
• Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service with a calm demeanor.
• Upsell other product enhancements relating to Food and beverage, spa to guests
• Communicate effectively with other departments at the resort for guests’ requests.
• Check accuracy of reservations for arrivals for the next 1-3 days (in turn).
• Run daily end-of-day reservation report (in turn).
• Required to be on Sunday duty (09:00-18:00) monthly.
Admin (20%)
• Process document translation, flight reservation, stationary / stock supply.
• Receive and process purchase orders from Sales & Marketing office, resort purchasing, IT, and other departments.
• Ensure that the stock of stationery items is accounted for and well-maintained Postal sending and receiving.
• In charge of sending and receiving mails, postage when required expense recording and supervising.
• Assist with S&M office expense records.
• Assist in the packing of materials when required, etc. hotel brochures, sales kits, festive gifts.
• Arrange interview schedule when required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude, supporting cross-departmental cooperation.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservations or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to guest inquiries and internal requests.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in Ho Chi Minh city office.
