What You’ll Do
Purpose of the role (Concise summary of main purpose of job)
- Support Senior/ Brand Manager with the development of marketing plans (brand strategic & operational plans), which may include distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), execution of marketing activities, and building promotional materials for a specific product or therapeutic area/franchise.
- Support SBM/BM with the development of marketing plans (strategic and operational plans), marketing & sales activities, and promotional materials for specific therapeutic areas/franchise or brands.
- Support SBM/BM with the budgets and expense tracking.
- Support SBM/BM to collect market insights and analyse competitive performance and trends
- Support SBM/BM to develop marketing & sale materials aligned with strategies
- Collaborate with field forces and cross-functional team to ensure flawless and aligned execution of the brands’ plan.
- Work with training partner and brand agencies to support message pull-through and key Salesforce training of marketing strategy, products & competitors, messaging, and materials.
- Support SBM/BM to build tactical plans based on the brand strategic plan. Co-lead some aspects of tactical implementations, including timelines.
- Deliver other tasks/ cross-functional projects assigned by the company.
- Adherence to AZ global policy, AZVN compliance for external interaction, code of conduct, and industry code of marketing practices
- COLLABORATE: Defines and facilitates the development and execution of the brand promotional plan and programmes in line with strategy
- DATA-DRIVEN MARKET INSIGHTS: Identifies potential opportunities for collaboration
- CUSTOMER: Develops actionable segmentation and communicates with the client on day-to-day execution across channels focusing primarily on customer needs and budget
- ENGAGEMENT PLAN: Actively engages with the client on implementation based on their preference and behaviours
- KEY TRENDS: Anticipates key trends to better understand the market environment
- BUSINESS ACUMEN: Participates in the operational budget planning and tracking of financial utilization

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy or Medicine
- Scientific background or affinity for scientific information
- 2 years pharmaceutical experience, with at least 1 year of marketing or adjacent marketing experience
- Exceptional analytics capability
- Ability to think and execute innovative marketing plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication Skills
- Good planning and Organisational Skills
- Acts with a sense of accountability and urgency
- Knowledge and experience in navigating the regulatory approval process and other relevant codes of practice

Lịch sử thành lập
- Ngày 24/05/2019, Lễ ra mắt Tổng Công ty Công nghiệp Công nghệ cao Viettel (Viettel High Technology Industries Corporation – VHT) đã được tổ chức trọng thể tại Trung tâm Thể Thao Viettel đánh dấu mốc quan trọng trong quá trình hình thành và phát triển của Tổng Công ty.

Một số nhân viên có thái độ làm việc tệ. Công ty hay chậm lương của nhân viên. Quy trình làm việc của công ty hơi dài dòng và rườm rà. Làm ở đây khá cực và khổ.
Công ty dí công việc của nhân viên khá căng. Làm lâu ở đây là không nâng cao được tay nghề và khá ức chế. Lương công ty trả cho nhân viên khá thấp. Môi trường làm việc nặng nề và cục cằn.
Một số nhân viên của công ty phải kiêm thêm nhiều đầu việc khác nữa. Trả lương cho nhân viên thấp và chậm lương của nhân viên nữa. Môi trường làm việc thì tệ.
