Mô Tả Công Việc
• Ensure employment contracts are created and released on a timely manner;
• Ensure data quality of time attendance record for payroll;
• Ensure statutory and company benefits container are delivered in an accurate and timely manner;
• Ensure exit transactions are done accurately and timely;
• Ensure employee documents are stored properly and timely;
• Ensure mandatory and on demand employment reports are delivered to relevant authorities and stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner;
• Assist Head of People Experience in registration process of Workplace Democracy Regulations, Internal Labour Regulations, Collective Labour Agreement, and other documents required by laws;
• Participate in local, regional, global projects to drive operational excellence and better employee experience;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on employment contracts, time attendance, benefits container administration, and compliance;
• Familiarity with employment related laws and tax regulations;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English & Vietnamese;
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on employment contracts, time attendance, benefits container administration, and compliance;
• Familiarity with employment related laws and tax regulations;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English & Vietnamese;
