About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities
• To effect credit compliance review for PFS Secured Lending Portfolio
o Check Loan Agreement/ Mortgage Agreement/Vehicle log card/Land used rights in line with Borrower’s legal Documents & Credit Approval.
o Effect credit compliance review and Instruction Loan Operations team for Line Implementation & Loan disbursement
• To affect security documentation review to ensure security perfection
o Creation/Maintenance Customer/Borrower/Collateral Owner/Collateral Update in CDMS
o To perform placement and removal of FD pledge in the core banking system
• Post Disbursement tasks
o Effect facility management and security control of credit facilities for PFS Secured Lending portfolio.
o Post disbursement service request from customer/ BU
o Other task assigned by CCR Team Leads

Job Requirements
• Experience for handling Credit Control/Credit Admin/Credit Support functions related to PFS Secured Lending
• Bachelor graduate with major in Banking & Finance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline
• Microsoft office and English proficiency
