Hi everyone! I’m Min, Head of Fundraising at Hyra Holdings, and we’re currently looking to fill 3 key positions on our team:
- Fundraising Specialist
- Investment Analyst
- Investor Relations Specialist
If you’re a versatile talent who can take on all three roles, here’s some exciting news: we’re offering 3x the salary! ?
- Source and connect with investors (VCs, angels, launchpads, DAOs).
- Build pitch materials, investment memos, and project reports.
- Analyze tokenomics, market trends, and project KPIs to support fundraising and investor strategy.
- Coordinate meetings, AMAs, and follow-ups with potential and current investors.
- Maintain investor CRM, update databases, and generate progress reports.
- Ensure professional, timely communication and reporting with all stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in fundraising, investment analysis, or investor relations—preferably in blockchain, AI, or Web3.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with token fundraising, SAFTs, crypto markets, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Pitch Deck tools, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Existing network with VCs, launchpads, and strategic partners.
- Experience with tokenomics modeling, due diligence, or investor updates.
- Knowledge of DeFi, GameFi, or AI compute ecosystems.
- Prior work in Web3 projects or crypto-native investment firms.
