- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and restaurant presentation in line with brand standards./ Kiểm soát vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm và hình ảnh nhà hàng theo tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service quality./ Phối hợp với bộ phận Bếp và các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ đồng bộ.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly. / Xử lý phản hồi và khiếu nại của khách một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters for service staff based on operational demands./ Sắp xếp và quản lý lịch làm việc cho nhân viên phục vụ phù hợp với tình hình kinh doanh.
- Train and coach staff on service procedures, communication skills, and upselling techniques. / Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên về quy trình phục vụ, kỹ năng giao tiếp và upselling.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with service standards and regulations. / Giám sát hiệu suất làm việc và đảm bảo tuân thủ nội quy, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment. / Xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, chuyên nghiệp và tinh thần làm việc nhóm.
