Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to provide technical consulting, system implementation, and operational support for AVEVA solutions (AVEVA Edge, InTouch, System Platform, Historian, MES).
• Communicate and clarify technical requirements with customers; propose suitable automation and digitalization solutions.
• Implement small to medium-scale SCADA / IIoT / MES projects for partners and manufacturing plants.
• Configure software systems including PLC communication, OPC UA, MQTT, data structures, dashboards, and monitoring reports.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers and business partners.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills; outgoing and confident in working directly with customers; able to present and discuss technical topics clearly.
• Good soft skills, including teamwork, problem-solving, active listening, and task management.
• Basic knowledge of SCADA/HMI, PLC, industrial networks, OPC, and databases is an advantage.
• Experience with AVEVA products is preferred; candidates without experience will receive full training.
• Candidates with knowledge of MES, IIoT, MQTT, or programming skills in Python/SQL are highly preferred.

• Monday - Friday: 8:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:00
• Saturday: 8:00-12:00
