Job Description
. Providing SD payment operation & reporting service
. Sending Quarterly/ Monthly sell-in target agreement (TCMS) to customer
. Sending sell-out agreement- DealSheet (CORES) to customer daily
. Preparing SD payment documents as print out sending Edoc, get HOD's signature, company stamp
. Follow up sending/ collect payment documents from customer
. Follow up and cross check with CAD Net
. Checking the SRs vs collected documents in GSSC
. Preparing Open promotion list and send to SSC
. Issue SD invoice
. Scanning and upload documents as AR Balance, TnCs,..
. Report the lead time / TnC Collection
. Monitoring e-documents
. Create sell-out promotion (CORES) conditions / Prepare tracking SO working file (Monday)
Requirements
. 1+ year in Sales Admin or Operations
. Advanced proficiency (Formulas, Pivot Tables, and Data Management).
. Strong Reading & Writing skills for professional emails and guidelines.
. Meticulous in handling data, invoices, and documentation to ensure 100% accuracy.
. Hard-working, responsible, and able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
