Mô tả Công việc
** Import Operation:
- Receiving information from CBD.
- Preparing document (AWB, P/L, INV, Customs clearance sheet….) for cargo pickup.
- Coordinate with terminal for cargo checking and release.
- Update CBD/customers regarding shipment arrival, status, irregularities (damage, storeage, delays….) and final delivery.
** Export Operation:
- Arrange and coodinate air export shipment.
- Prepare and verify export documents including MAWB,HAWB, manifet, cargo list and export declaration with terminal.
- Follow up cargo delivery, warehouse check-in, and cut-off time to ensure timely departure.
- Coordinate with terminal and customers to manage cargo receiving and buildup process.
- Monitor flight status and update customers with departure status and irregularities (if any)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation/ Import & Export or equivalent.
- Communication in English (average)
- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills

From Monday - Saturday
Day shift: 08:00 - 17:00 or Night shift: 13:00 - 22:00
