- ● Provide good technical support to all teams including lab team, customers services team and sales team.
- Expand lab capability to meet client's requirement
- Improve quality and productivity of the lab performance.
- Apply new test methods/ regulations/ clients’ manual and have proper update/ training to all relevant teams. Receive and review of Client’s instruction for testing.
- Responsible for quality management system or requirement of ISO 17025, 9001. (SOP, forms, guidelines, quality database update, etc.)
- In the first two years, it is necessary to understand the strcture of the laboratory and the analytical characteristircs of each analysis group: wet analysis, specprometer analysis, XRF analysis, and CS analysis.
- Daily random review on analysis files or direct check analysis on the equipment to evaluate the accurate of the test.
- Yearly review all the SOP, document to upladate new thing basing on the requirement from original of the method or from SGS global or techinal requirement.
- Prepare reports for SBU manager as requested in a timely manner and perform other tasks as requested by the SBU manager.
- Provide training requirements for new staff/ new comer
- Provide technical advice, informative support and review report for the Lab
- Cooperate with other team such sale team, CS team, admin team to support them on technical issue.
- Investigate complaints/ claims, lead CS team to settle complaints/ claims with clients and have proper actions to improve the situation.
- Support sales team in organizing seminar/ training course for clients.
- Keep all the equipment in good condition to run the test and do the maintenance on time
