- Handle customization requests: requirement gathering, documentation, SIT, UAT, and production deployment support

- Provide technical and functional local support
- Conduct technical and functional training for financial institutions (Banks and NBFCs)
- Conduct technical sessions and manage queries
- Support technical setup
- Lead projects technically through all stages of the lifecycle, including design, development, and acceptance testing
- Provide support according to defined shifts/client time zones
- Gather business and technical requirements, prepare documentation, and obtain customer sign-off
- Conduct workshops to handle business and technical queries
- Provide SIT and UAT support
- Deliver L1 and L2 technical and functional support
- Experience in design and development of high-volume transaction systems
- API programming experience
- Strong knowledge of Java, JEE, and API concepts (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.)
- Strong background in object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Act as a translator between Vietnamese and English stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience, especially in the Banking domain
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
