We are seeking a Aftersales Setup and Warehouse Management who is responsible for managing logistics processes for new and existing overseas markets. This role ensures the successful setup of new warehouses, compliance with import/export regulations, and the efficient flow of vehicles and spare parts across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Setup & Launch Operations
- Lead the setup and launch of new markets, including warehouse establishment, infrastructure preparation, and operational readiness.
- Identify and manage local suppliers, logistics service providers, and facility contractors.
- Ensure all setup activities comply with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
2. Overseas Logistics Management
- Manage import and export logistics processes, including customs clearance for vehicles, spare parts, and related goods.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to resolve logistics issues and ensure compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, market setup, or international operations, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export documentation, and customs clearance procedures.
- Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution setup projects.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
