Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy Planning
KPI: Ensure campaign performance metrics and win-rate targets are met.
- Develop creative concepts (graphics, video ads, etc.) and define visual direction for advertising campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to extract insights and build effective creative strategies that attract more users.
2.Collaboration with UA & Product Teams
- Work closely with the UA and Product teams to optimize creative ideas.
- Research and update new creative trends; propose innovative creative solutions for UA/Product teams.
3.Creative Team Management
- Act as a bridge between the Creative Team and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the team’s creative production workflow; assign tasks and prioritize work based on team capacity and strengths.
- Motivate and support team members’ professional growth and development.
4.Other Assigned tasks
- Perform additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors or Art Director.
- Share knowledge and support internal training when required.
- Take responsibility for project quality control and timeline management.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or above.
Knowledge
- Solid understanding of mobile games.
- Knowledge of internet advertising.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video production processes.
- Team management and team-building knowledge.
- Market research and strategic planning knowledge.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in creative production.
- Experience in leadership, training, and team management.
