This position will be provided shuttle bus from BA RIA VUNG TAU/ BIEN HOA/ DISTRICT 2/ THU DUC CITY to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

• Plan, recruit, and develop a qualified workforce to align with the Company’s business plan.
• Explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates for user’s departments by specified criteria.
• Follow up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
• Prepare management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
• Improve industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
• Search workforce market.
• Work with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen resumes.
• Performe in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administer appropriate company assessments.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Make recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
• Follow up on the interview process status.
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
• Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
• Complete timely reports on employment activity.
• Conducte exit interviews on terminating employees.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
