Quality declaration (QD):

• Contact with the third parties (supplier, laboratory, translate service, authority) to collect information then complete process of QD registration, follow up all steps from A to Z or some main steps will be trained and handed over:
  • Prepare documents as form request
  • Prepare and send samples for testing products
  • Work with third party to translate documents
  • Go out to submit QD documents to authority or to solve any issues relating to QD
  • Follow authority’s website and update the list of products have been approved on web for relating departments.
• Source relating regulations about quality declaration, labelling to update and apply.
• Check, update and do quality declaration for products change packaging, label, ….
• Check and feedback for departments, customers when there are any requirements regarding QD, label…
• Work with relevant departments (warehouse, accountant, import & purchasing team…) to get information serving for register & checking QD for import shipment & payment.

Import:

• Checking & prepare QD, relevant documents for import shipment.

Admin:

• Ask quotation and purchase equipment, material and stationery, uniform, name card … according to requisition
• Booking flight/ hotel/accommodation… as request
• Other tasks assigned by Line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree/Study in food/ chemistry industry/ import-export/ administration qualification.
• Good translation, writing and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
• Well knowledge about regulations relating food & food-additive, criteria of testing products.
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Computer skill: Proficiency in MS Office, searching information on internet
• Careful, detailed, strict, high responsibility sense
• Hard-working, agile, good observation, analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and independent working ability.
• Multi tasks with active and good attitude.
• Good organization and time management skills.          
• Honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible
