This position is responsible for following:

• Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Colloborate with other departments to develop and monitor the annual budget.
• Internal controls: Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures, monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Financial analysis: Conduct financial analyses, provide insights into financial performance of manufacturing operations.
• Process improvement: identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and accruacy in financial reporting and accounting processes.
• ERP system management: utilize and optimize the ERP system for accounting and financial functions.
• Risk managements: identify financial risks, proposing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Project: working with production team to validate the financial data to ensure financial data accuracy.

Coherent Vietnam, a branch of Coherent Corp., a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components, is a vertically integrated manufacturing company that develops products for applications in the industrial, optical communications, aerospace and defence, life sciences, semiconductor capital equipment and consumer markets.

Coherent Vietnam is planning significant investments in the southern province of Dong Nai. We aim to develop high-tech projects in advanced optics and semiconductor (SiC) manufacturing. This initiative, located in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, involves an investment capital of hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars and is set to begin operations by the end of 2024.

Working Experience 

• 5+ years of working experience in accounting in manufacturing company
• 1+ years of managerial/leadership experience is preferred.  

Special Abilities

•  Good command of MS Office, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
•  English skills at intermediate level.
•  Detailed oriented person able to work efficiently and accurately.
•  Familiar with Accounting system, have knowledge and experience of ERP system is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
