About The Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and seasoned SaaS Sales Manager to head their Enterprise division. This position provides a thrilling chance to guide and grow a committed team, fostering stability and a positive work environment. You will be tasked with meeting sales goals and driving profitability by selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises and the client’s subsidiary customers. The position will require you to do 50% hands on direct sales to help you gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and share valuable insights with your team.

As a Sales Manager for Enterprise sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business success. You will be responsible for developing business strategies, implementing promotional activities, and enhancing the capabilities of your team. Your ability to understand customer needs through direct sales will be crucial in sharing valuable insights with your team. Additionally, you will oversee the progress of customised projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
- Create, implement, and oversee business plans while addressing issues encountered by employees and partners.
- Design and execute promotional activities to help employees and partners meet their objectives.
- Organize training programs to improve the skills and productivity of employees and partners.
- Monitor the implementation of products to ensure customer satisfaction during the purchase and usage phases.
- Suggest business programs and policies aimed at enhancing market and customer engagement to increase sales.
- Engage in direct sales activities to gain insights into customer needs and share those insights with the team.
- Authorize pricing for customized projects to facilitate successful negotiations with clients.
- Track the progress of customized projects to ensure adherence to contracts and maintain cost-efficiency.
- Develop products that fulfill business needs, ensuring they are stable, functional, and user-friendly for large enterprise clients, in line with contractual obligations.
- Market and competitor research for recommendations for product developments and enhancing market competitiveness.
- Lead and expand a sales team for the product lines.
- Staff recruitment, policy development and provide training to maintain adequate staffing levels and skill enhancement.
As our ideal candidate for the Sales Manager Enterprise position, you bring a wealth of experience in sales and distribution of products for large enterprises. Your excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills have been honed over at least 7 years in the field. With at least 3 years' experience as a Business/Sales Manager, you have proven leadership, management, and organisational skills that enable you to build strong relationships with clients. Your fluency in English further enhances your communication abilities.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales/distribution of Tech products for large enterprises.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Business/Sales Manager for large enterprises/groups.
- Candidates with track record of ERP Sales and implementation for large-scaled companies have major advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building skill sets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a can-do, fast moving attitude.
- Track record of leadership, management and organisational skills.
- Logical mindset, quick learner and highly adaptive.
- Fluency in English
