Mô tả Công việc

1. Primarily responsible for researching, developing, and managing the end-to-end portfolio of overdraft pproducts;

2. Primarily responsible for planning the number of new contracts and disbursements for OD products within the assigned scope, across different sales channels, risk groups, and customer segments. Responsible for proposing financial targets and risk metrics for the OD product portfolio within the assigned scope;

3. Responsible for providing consultancy, researching, developing, and managing overdraft products within the assigned scope for all customer segments under the management of the Retail Banking Division;

4. Responsible for conducting market analysis and developing overdraft product plans within the assigned scope, aligned with VPBank's business strategy in each period;

5. Responsible for developing sales policies for products within the assigned scope, tailored to each individual customer segment, in line with the product development direction of the Retail Banking Division and the Bank;

6. Responsible for managing the pricing policy of overdraft products within the assigned scope for all segments;

7. Responsible for collaborating with IT to develop product requirements within the assigned scope and conducting testing;

8. Responsible for training and guiding staff on new product launch and development processes, as well as key performance indicators at VPBank;

9. Responsible for working with and supporting related units (Risk Management Division, Card Center - Operations Division, etc.) in controlling risks associated with overdraft product operations, managing periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by the management board, and performing other tasks as assigned by the management board from time to time.

1. Trình độ học vấn

    Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in loan product development/ loan product risk management at reputable financial institutions or banks.

    Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of loan/overdraft product development
• Knowledge of product profit management using the SAP model (or similar models) and business planning
• High level of confidence, energy, and commitment

• Ability to work under challenging deadlines.
