KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the performance of the Admissions Consulting team, including revenue, number of enrolled students, class opening status, and relationship with students...;
Responsible for individual sales targets like a regular salesman representative;
Supervise consulting activities of members in the group, ensure members comply with and effectively implement sales processes;
Make a plan and tactics monthly, ensuring completion of assigned targets;
Coordinate consulting activities of TVTS in the group according to the product sales strategy;
Support training new trainees in job integration and team culture;
Evaluate performance and make recommendations to improve the capacity of TVTS members;
Coordinate with other departments to develop effective enrollment campaigns;
Carry out other requests of the direct leader.

Prove excellent sales ability through achieved achievements;
Have at least 2 years of experience in educational consulting (English courses/specialized courses/study abroad consulting) or consulting in other types of services with an order value equivalent to an average revenue/deal at SAPP;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Sensitive to business opportunities;
Ability to Influence;
Proficient in Word, Excel, Canva;
Basic English reading and translation; Proficient communication is an advantage.
Preferred skills
Graduated from economics majors, with priority given to majors related to finance and accounting;
Experience in managing a small team or part-time/collaborator;
Experience working with CRM.Laptop
