Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Business Insights:

• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, sales performance, and market dynamics.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with departments to enhance workflows and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Propose and implement changes to optimize efficiency in business operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with teams in finance, marketing, and logistics to support strategic initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of data analysis and reporting processes for future reference.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to guide leadership in making informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify patterns and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience in data visualization or working with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with the energy industry or sales operations.
