Mô tả Công việc 1/ Export order handling . Consolidate orders received. · Source with Forwarders/ Shipping Lines to match customers' ETD, ETA · Upload sales orders into Delivery Schedule fully & correctly, for Production Planning · Update shipment schedule to customer after all is confirmed (booking, product, ...) · Scheduling proper loading date to match ETD & loading capability. · Register for truck entrance & follow up, resolve issues during loading. · Check, confirm & collect all required shipping docs & courier to customers. · Follow up & update shipment progress issue to customers. · Resolve shipment issues. · Answer customers' queries . Coordinate with other department to fulfill customers' requests. 2/ Others · Apply for creating new account, product name, transport route/ zone, supplier .... · Coordinate in new packaging or bag design modification, label, sticker, ... · Make quotation, contracts as per Sales' deal. · Update/ maintain export price list & send to Fin for upload in system. · Fill up customer complaint & follow up to fulfil customer procedure. · Work with Insurance for any cargo damage case · Record data for Forwarder's Service Performance Rating . Proper docs filing for post audit & tax refund. 3/ Create shipment cost in SAP. · Send BL date list of the month to Fin for sales record. · Check/ verify Debit Notes (list of shipments & expenses) · Create shipment & shipment cost in SAP duly. 4/ Check transport claim & submit to Fin for payment process. 5/ Issue DO for goods loading & delivery (rotation).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc University graduated, Major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in Logistics English abilities (TOEIC required: 650) Good computer skills (MS office) Import / Export knowledge Using SAP experience Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure
