- Advise to create & revise pattern
- Discussing together with the sample team and related teams to figure out the improvement points for the new product from HQ.
- Manage overall schedule & quality of projects in charge
- Follow up the direction from the team manager & team leader engineer
- Check and advise patterns made/revised by juniors
- Manage the quality of pullovers
- Manage the schedule [Pullover / Cutting Die / Treatment / etc.,]
- Update status in tracking lists
- Update files to the MIDAS system
- Response to other team’s request [PDM / BTTM Eng. / Commo / SMPL / etc.,]

Experience
- 4~6 years of job experience in the footwear industry
Skills
English:
- Intermediate level of writing and reading
- Beginner level of Speaking and listening
Computer:
- Intermediate level of Excel, Illustrator, CAD
- Advanced level of Jevero
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of shoe composition
- Basic knowledge of shoe making process
- Understanding of workflow in a season
