Job Description

Develop and Implement Quality Standards:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive quality standards for all product categories, including FMCG, fashion, electronics, and lifestyle products.
Ensure the standards align with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Regularly review and update the quality standards to reflect product evolution, market changes, and emerging compliance requirements.
Inbound Product Inspection:
Monitor the quality of ongoing product lines in inventory, ensuring consistency in quality across all batches.
Analyze customer feedback and return data to identify trends in product quality and adjust inspection protocols or escalate issues through the Sourcing team.
Ongoing Product Quality Consistency:
Monitor the quality of ongoing product lines in inventory, ensuring consistency in quality across all batches.
Analyze customer feedback and return data to identify trends in product quality and adjust inspection protocols or escalate issues.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all products meet relevant safety regulations and legal requirements before being sold on the platform.
Conduct risk assessments for new product categories and implement measures to mitigate potential quality issues.
Customer Complaint Resolution:
Collaborate with the customer service team to investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints.
Use customer feedback to refine quality standards and improve supplier quality.
Other tasks/duties assigned by Head of Department/ Line Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
4-6 years of experience in quality control. Experience in e-commerce, retail.
Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and lead a QC team.
Proven ability to develop and implement quality standards for diverse product categories.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing order and suppliers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.

Công Ty Cổ Phần Đầu Tư Thương Mại GBC Việt Nam (Global Brand Coporation – GBC) tiền thân là một nhóm tổ chức đầu tư được thành lập từ những năm 2015 với 05 thành viên sáng lập là chủ sở và kinh doanh mô hình chuỗi cửa hàng trong các lĩnh vực F&B, Beauty Care, Fitness….

Sau 08 năm phát triển và đạt được nhiều thành công trên thị trường, GBC đã sở hữu hơn 07 thương hiệu cùng gần 40 nhà hàng trên các tỉnh thành, phục vụ gần 1 triệu lượt khách mỗi năm và vẫn đang không ngừng nỗ lực để phát triển hơn.

Với bề dày hơn 05 năm kinh nghiệm Đầu tư, Xây dựng và Vận hành Thương hiệu trên các lĩnh vực F&B, Beauty Care, Fitness …. Năm 2021 đánh dấu sự chuyển mình của GBC khi BLĐ quyết định thay đổi mô hình kinh doanh truyền thống sang hình thức NHƯỢNG QUYỀN (FRANCHISE) như một kim chỉ nam mới cho hoạt động của Công ty và cùng với mong muốn mãnh liệt mang sự thành công tới nhiều khách hàng hơn nữa.
