- Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive growth.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and create targeted content strategies.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile usability, and more.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals, user intent and social media marketing.
- Link Building (backlinks): Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to increase the authority and relevance of our website.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Ensure the company's SEO strategy is aligned with current industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in our SEO strategy.- Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Content Knowledge: Understanding of content marketing principles and experience in creating SEO-optimized content.
- Web Development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles as they relate to SEO.
- English: Strong written English ability and able to communicate SEO concepts to English speaking team.
