- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience in media across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, radio, print, sponsorship, etc.).
- Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment.
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising or media campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple partners simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving and thinking skills.

In this role, you will focus on increasing digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) agencies, driving scalable business growth, and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies, to your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists, and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and Google.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product objectives. Grow agency business by scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients.
- Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Work towards goals on new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding sales experiences to Google's agency partners.
- Manage the primary agency relationships from C-levels all the way down, including media planners and buyers.
- Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead on initiatives and agency level planning.
