Job Description

A/ Learning & Development (60%)

Develop an L&D Strategy & Plan at Department/ Business Unit level aligned with Business Goals
Develop an annual learning and development strategy & plan for Department/ Business Unit based on the organization’s business strategy and long-term goals;
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify training priorities and ensure the L&D budget is utilized effectively in each Department/ Business Unit.
Develop customized training solutions to meet the specific needs of each department and the organization.
Act as an advisor to management levels in enhancing team capabilities.
Designing, Implementing, and Evaluating Learning programs/projects
Design and conduct training needs assessments, analyze needs, and define program/project objectives
Develop implementation plans; Manage and coordinate program/project execution
Conduct training sessions and sharing on selected soft skills and professional topics within one’s areas of expertise.
Research and develop specialized content for learning programs and projects
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs/projects
Building a Learning Culture within the Organization
Design and facilitate continuous learning programs, ensuring employees can apply knowledge to real-world tasks.
Create initiatives to motivate employees to participate in learning, such as gamification and recognition programs.
Participate in Learning Ecosystem Development projects (LMS, L&D Dashboards, Learning Paths, Learning Library, …) to foster a sustainable learning culture within the organization.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager

B/ Organization Development (40%)

Design & Implement Organizational Development Solutions

Design and implement organization development programs to adjust behaviors, enhance performance, engagement, and adaptability to change.

Examples: competency frameworks, high-performance teams, knowledge management, process management, work design, OD metrics, …

Plan & Implement Organization Design Solutions

Research, design solutions and plans, and ensure smooth and effective execution of organization design projects to enhance teams’ and organization’s systems and structures.

Examples: management by objectives, initiatives to strengthen cross-functional collaboration & processes, …
Perform other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager

Candidate Requirements

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or AIHR) are an advantage
Experience
2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs aligned with business strategy.
Experience in OD projects, stakeholder management and consulting with senior leaders.
Experience in objective management and OKR implementation is an advantage.
