Drafting documents to respond to competent authorities, customers, and partners on issues related to the Company's business operations.
Carrying out business registration procedures (establishment, amendment, supplement, termination, etc.), ERC, IRC and other types of licenses.
Participating in court and arbitration proceedings as the authorized representative of the Company.
Providing legal advice and review contracts on issues arising from the Company's business operations.
