Group brand manager will need to be initiative in delivering assigned categories growth & performance, with providing guideline for how to best perform. Go an extra mile to provide best practise in optimizing current resources to meet KPI.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Strategic Brand Planning (60%)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services (including budget allocation, timelines, and expected outcomes);
- Develop communication/ NPI strategy that inlign with company vision & mission
- Define & excavate brand essence
Roll-out brand activation (15%)
- Manage the company marketing campaigns, including traditional & digital omnichannel to reach right target audience
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media, website, and other marketing channels;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed; manage and track marketing budget, expenses and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns;
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to increase brand exposure;
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and messaging;
Smooth execution on daily operation (15%):
- Conduct market research and analysis to to stay up-to-date to trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities;
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Lead cross functions (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run the NPD process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam.
- Management of PnL and marketing budgets within agreed targets.
- Follow up and control Marketing expenses.
Retain and develop talent (10%):
- Recruit new talents
- Retain talents through various coaching & support
- Buid up team spirit to create warming & highly energetic environment for team to grow
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Major in Human Resources/ Organizational Development/ Education/ Business or have a passion for it.
- Experience in the FMCG and being inspired by food industry, experience in a marketing role and at least 5 years in managerial role in marketing.
- Proficient track record with in- depth experience in product development from strategy, insight generation, product concept and evaluation.
