• Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
• Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
• Handle general enquiries
• Arrange appointments and meetings
• Assist HOD in making duty roster, attendant sheet, leave management for department
• Assist HOD in making monthly report for department
• Assist HOD in managing contract ad paper work with contractor, supplier, etc
• Assist HOD in managing Engineering store and inventory
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
• Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date with enhancements to latest upgrades
• Handle all related admin jobs in the Department
