About The Team
The Seller Operation Solutions (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: To make the selling journey of sellers on Shopee to be as smooth and as positive as possible. To achieve this, the Seller Services team engages in providing and assisting sellers in using current Shopee operation services. These services help to optimize and improve seller fulfillment rate and operation issues, coordinate with the internal Shopee team to enhance special support for sellers, or even provide solutions that many sellers are struggling to meet. All for the sake of ensuring customer satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee be the ultimate shopping experience!
Job Description

Job Description
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand service opportunities & challenges to drive service level improvements, including but not limited to:
- Identify service opportunities and challenges;
- Align expectations with stakeholders;
- Collect, clean, analyze & visualize data;
- Present findings & recommendations;
- Align next steps & drive implementation;
- Document data & alignments.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance service level across key services.
- Drive new service development to keep serving sellers.
- Handle other assigned tasks from team lead.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Analysis).
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis & reporting field. Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with dashboard design, data analysis & visualization tools. Ability to to produce periodic reports with highlighted insights.
- Strong in critical thinking, problem solving & stakeholder management.
- Result oriented, self-driven & team player striving for team success.

CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN RTC TECHNOLOGY VIỆT NAM (RTC Technology Viet Nam JSC) tiền thân là trung tâm công nghệ RTC (RTC Technology Center) được thành lập vào tháng 3/2012.
- Năm 2013, RTC cung cấp các thiết bị vật tư trong lĩnh vực tự động hoá, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực Machine Vision như: Camera, phim, ống kính, đèn, bộ điều khiển Vision, máy đọc mã vạch, cảm biến, Halcon/Merlic của các hãng như: MVTec, Hikrobot, Datalogic, VST, Mitsubishi, Fujifilm. Bên cạnh đó, RTC còn triển khai các dự án về xe tự hành AGV và chế tạo máy theo yêu cầu.
- Năm 2014, RTC cung cấp các giải pháp về Machine Vision, tự động hóa, lập trình hệ thống PLC, HMI, Servo, Robot, SCADA, BMS…hệ thống nhúng cho các nhà máy, các dự án tự động hoá.
- Năm 2015, với nhiều thành tựu nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực công nghệ tự động hóa, được sự ủng hộ nhiệt tình của khách hàng, với mong muốn kiến tạo và góp phần phát triển cho ngành sản xuất quốc gia, chúng tôi thành lập Công ty Cổ Phần RTC Technology Việt Nam.
- Trong suốt những năm hoạt động và phát triển, RTC đã nhận được rất nhiều chứng nhận ISO như: ISO 9001 (năm 2015), ISO 14001 (2015), ISO 45001 (2018).
