- Envelop&deliverback01copytoEmployee.
B. SupportontheHR System (Cnext)
- Support on input & process personnel confidential information on HR system
C. SupportontheResignationProcess
- IssuetheAgreementofContractExpire.
- InformEmployeeaboutTerminationDocs. Returning(SocialInsuranceCover,Attestation of SHIU participant, Agreement of Contract Expire, ...)
- Follow&completethisdelivery/receivingDocumentswithEmployee&Stakeholder.
- SendExitInterviewsurveylinkandtrackthe result.
- Collect&scanallthehandoverdocumentsandsendtoHRSS.

Relevant Experience:
