Ensure all team members are paid correctly per letters of contract and on a timely basis
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to all payroll matters.
- Update payroll system with all master file changes as per appropriately approved personnel action forms.
- To prepare salary payment lists for bank transfer and print payslips for all staffs.
- Coordinate closely with the Human Resources Department for all Employees documentation and any discrepancies with relation to employees’ records.
- Investigate and report all variances.
- Prepare month end journal for payroll and payroll related expenses.
- Accurately input payroll data including hours worked, terminations, adjustments, annual leave and sick leave for each employee in line with local government regulations.
- Reconcile payroll systems and other expenses against actual payment amount. To randomly verify payslips against phantom employees.
- Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service
- Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems
- Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
- Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
- Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
- Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and the manager
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
- Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment
- At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public
- Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives
- Attends work on time as scheduled
- Follows safety and security rules and procedures

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in finance/hospitality preferred
- Two years accounting experience, preferable in a hospitality environment
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with accounting software
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
