Role Summary:
As a Graphic Designer and Video Specialist at Dunlopillo, you will play a pivotal role in the Marketing team based in Vietnam. The primary responsibility involves overseeing day-to-day operations and executing design creatives, including catalogues, social assets, ad creatives, GIFs, and more. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating expertise in managing a brand's visual language and collaborating with team members to integrate it into the marketing mix. Key Responsibilities:
• Design Execution:
Translate design briefs into compelling designs, ensuring a cohesive brand image across various print and digital communications.
Develop and create designs in alignment with Dunlopillo's global brand
Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards in both physical and digital graphics.
• Video Production:
Generate ideas, script, and produce high-quality videos for advertising campaigns, tutorials, and marketing content.
Edit and optimize videos to ensure high engagement and effectiveness
• Collaboration and Brand Advocacy:
Partner with the team to leverage briefs, data, and insights for creating visual brand marketing that drives sales and advocates for the Dunlopillo brand.
Develop a hierarchy of standards and define a cohesive graphic language to create a unified brand.
• Support and Presentation:
Support the brand with visually appealing decks and presentations.
• Creative Problem Solving:
Provide solutions thoughtfully and promptly.
Brainstorm ideas and collaborate with the team to prototype visual concepts and ideas, including mood boards, mockups, animatics, storyboards, and test shows.
• Quality Control and Guidelines:
Ensure quality control of creative work and provide feedback to creative vendors, agencies, and contractors to meet our standards for quality and align with brand guidelines.
Create and manage a library of creative templates and guidelines for team-wide use across different projects.

• Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience at an agency or in-house.
• Outstanding visual design skills in typography, composition, signage, wayfinding, motion, and systems design.
• Experience working in multimedia content production.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign etc.).
• A startup mindset and spirit: teamwork, agility, and a commitment to quality.
• Desire to contribute to building a world-renowned brand.
