I. Job Descriptions

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 5 Product Owners, providing guidance and support in Agile/Scrum best practices, product prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-training, and professional development opportunities among team members..
Technical Leadership
Drive the product roadmap and backlog refinement process, ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritized based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and optimization efforts
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Development to align team goals with departmental objectives and overall business strategy.
Act as a liaison between the product development team and stakeholders, communicating project status, gathering feedback, and managing expectations effectively.

Ii. Requirements

Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Product management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, technologies, and best practices across global markets.
Solid grasp of UX design principles, web technologies development.
Skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze metrics, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional products that delight customers and drive business results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing market conditions.
Experience
5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on software development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex software projects, preferably within an e-commerce or digital environment.
Experience with product and project management software (e.g., JIRA), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat).
