Mô tả Công việc TRAINING - Synthesize training needs from Departments. - Search, evaluate, and propose suitable partners. - Set up, optimize and manage training budgets. - Coordinate closely with the internal teaching staff and cooperate with external units to implement activities and training programs - Organize training activities periodically and ad hoc according to approved programs and inform training calendar for the participants. - Prepare and arrange training-related materials and facilities as required. - Evaluate and report training results. Keep accurate training records that are comprehensive and up to date. - Prepare reports related to training activities RECRUITING - Search and exploit candidate profiles effectively on recruitment channels - Screen, organize interviews, invite candidates to work. - Conduct orientation for new employees. - Coordinate with departments to monitor and evaluate staff during the probationary period. - Be responsible for the recruitment progress of assigned positions. Provide solutions and plans to ensure progress. Yêu Cầu Công Việc - Graduated from University, major in HR management or relevant fields; - At least 02 years experience in training, recruiting and event organization; - Have experience on Teambuilding organization is an advantage; - Soft skills: Communication, problem solving, planning, event organizing; - English skills: advance; - MS Office, Outlook: proficient; - Key behavioral competencies: Detail & carefulness, confidential commitment, analytical thinking, creativity.
