• Responsible for managing the footwear product development process by supporting the respective Business Units and directly interact with supply partners to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from prototyping into production. Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the Team Leader Development
• Receive Tech packages and prepare/review with factory to prepare samples
• Communicate all product, shipping, tracking, material ideas and issues between factory and overseas team
• Key support on project reports and shipping documents and tooling payment
• Build and guide when fit and wear status with material lab and completed shoe lab with factory creation
• Hand over to inline ensure all confirmed tech packages are accurate and on schedule. Meet and influence product quality to meet highest standard during each phase of sampling
• Order from HQ and work with Development team and factories. Working with factories and T2 on the delivery date when placing order
• Base on factory creation sample summy project report to HQ. Checking shipping document before delivery and checking tooling payment from T1 and T2 before issue to Electronic-Invoice
• Checking new material detail with Innovation HQ before issue to Puma and T1 lab and upload report to HQ / checking completed shoe lab report and upload report to HQ
