Facilitating communication between the CEO and other departments
Provide comprehensive administrative support and handle a variety of ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Gather and consolidate necessary documents and reports from other departments upon request.
Manage and organize the CEO's business trips, including all associated logistical and administrative tasks.
Assist the CEO and BODs members during business trips, focusing on logistical and administrative support.
Perform translation and interpretation tasks (Vietnamese to English and vice versa) when required.
And other tasks as assigned by the CEO OfficeGraduated from university with a bachelor's degree in English Language or a related field is an advantage.
1-2 years of experience in Personal Assistant, office administration, or interpretation roles (best suited for candidates who are early in their careers and eager to enhance their skills & knowledge)
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills with attention to detail, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Experience in the life insurance industry is an advantage.
Korean language skills are a plus.Competitive salary (100% salary during probation).
