II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and test plans.
• Define and execute test scenarios to verify application functionality and performance.
• Log and manage bugs throughout its lifecycle (ClickUp, Trello).
• Collaborate with the development team and resolve reported issues.
• Maintain, operate, and improve the testing process.
• Participate in customer support.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a college/university majoring in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Have at least 1.5 years of experience in Manual Testing at an E-commerce or Software company.
• Worked with web-based products, and databases.
• Have a good command of English: Reading + Writing Skills.
• Diligent, hard-working, passionate about discovery, and ready for all new challenges.

• Basic Salary: 12.000.000 - 16.000.000 VND/month + allowance (laptop) + bonus based on personal performance.
