1. Marketing Planning
- Be responsible for the overall marketing plan and strategy of Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi monthly, quarterly, seasonally and annually, including marketing theme, event, promotion.
- Work internally with team members; represent the team to coordinate information, cooperate with Sales Management team and other related departments in developing and analyzing mall's operation plan in order to create effective plan with teammates.
2. Marketing Budget Controlling
- Create budget plan for each marketing category and divide monthly, quarterly to each team member in charge
- Collect payment within the team, therefore strictly supervise and control monthly marketing expenses based on yearly total budget.
- Report plans of budget and marketing execution periodically.- University graduated, major in Marketing, Business Administration or related major
- From 2 years of experience in the same position in Retail, Shopping Mall field
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Hard-working, have good team-work and communication skills
- Can work under high pressure, good team player and self-motivation
