Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Mass production PE and online TE job responsibilities. Independently complete the project's transfer task.
2.As a technical bridge with ACEV base production team and Chinese engineering team.
3. Review mass production SOP, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the content and the actual production, communicate with the corresponding PE, then modify it.
4. Set up production lines and train employees with the production department according to SOP.
5. Set up and debug production test equipment. Repair fixture basically.
6. Set up a test program according to ETI.
7. Debug product RF fail/PIM fail .
8. Complete the build report and track improvements.
9. Continuous improvement of production quality, yield and efficiency.
10. Improve SOP after production, PFEMA.
11. Complete the NPI work of some projects, including the review of engineering documents, the formulation of RFQ, PFEMA, SOP documents, etc.
12. Obey the leadership and report regularly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Graduated from University with main subject as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. More than 1 year experience as a process engineer in the electronics industry; Or more than 3 years of experience as a process technician or test technician in the electronics industry;
3. Working experience in base station industry will be prefer.
4. Know product assembly process. Strong hands-on ability.
5. Familiar with welding and assembly processes Understand assembly torque, tolerance, and other requirements.
6. Be able to understand, write SOP, PFEMA; Analytical skills for general engineering problems;
7. Good at English / Chinese.
