Mô tả Công việc
A. OBJECTIVES​:
The Merchandise Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality and cost-effective marketing items, uniforms, and merchandise. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of product quality and supply chain management.
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Product Sourcing and Procurement:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing materials, uniforms, and merchandise to meet the company's quality standards and budgetary requirements.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products that align with the company's brand and ethical sourcing standards.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product specifications and brand guidelines are met.
Manage the entire procurement process from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of products.
Conduct quality control assessments and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues related to product quality or compliance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements in sourcing and procurement technology.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the sourcing and procurement process.
2. Marketing Administration:
Manage sales orders related to merchandise.
Handle purchase orders for anything related to marketing.
Oversee merchandise procurement for marketing events and dealers.
Maintain stock levels to ensure sufficient merchandise inventory.
Design marketing flyers for representatives using Canva.
Update the website with new store locations.
3. Others:
Report as required.
Improve the purchasing cost.
Others as assigned by superior.
C. EXPECTED RESULTS:
Obtain the best conditions of procurement for company.
Provide procurement services on time & the best.
Reduce the purchase costs at minimum prices.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on marketing items, uniforms, and merchandise.
Strong understanding of the supply chain process and experience in negotiating contracts and supplier management.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (especially speaking & writing).
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in marketing administration or support roles.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
Understanding of inventory management principles.
Basic graphic design skills.
Experience in coordinating marketing events.
Knowledge of current marketing trends and strategies.Laptop
