- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and developing relationships with corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets occupancy and revenue goals.
- Lead contract negotiations with major clients (e.g., tour operators, travel agencies, corporate accounts).
- Track competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Develop and oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive bookings.
- Manage the hotel’s online presence, including the website, social media, and third-party booking platforms.
- Oversee public relations efforts, event promotions, and partnerships that align with the brand.
- Work closely with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and other marketing service providers.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to set room rates, analyze occupancy levels, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze sales reports, market research, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and sales approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including event planners, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract new clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in hospitality industry in similar role.
