The Cost management Executive focus in the cost management, follow the orders, contract and payment, also in charge of the purchasing activities of the e-gaming club or casino, ensuring efficient procurement processes and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, overseeing purchases, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Key Functions
• Contributing to the plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Coordinating with departments to fulfil their purchasing needs
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, competent, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching, evaluating and recommending prospective suppliers.
• Checking quotes and comparing suppliers
• Determine the products needed for the purchasing operation: quantity, quality or specification requirements...
• Monitor and track order progress in order to ensure on-time delivery.
• Preparing the monthly report for evaluation and tracking.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement field or 05 years’ experience in cost management/Source to pay process or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, attention to details and accuracy
• Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity
• Fluency in English.
