Job Description
· Main mission
o Communicate and receive requirement from client.
o Collaborate with internal teams for requirements analytics, and produce software design and architecture.
o Perform analysis and development of software requirements specification (SOW) documents.
o Design software interface by wireframe.
o Categorize issues and transfer them to the right team member (like FE, BE, QA/QC, Admin, PM...).
o Organize UAT sessions with customers.
o Ensure the scope of the project (based on SOW).
o Coding and deploying applications follow team rules.
· Advance mission
o Support Project manager to match project deadline.
o Support QA/QC to keep project quality.
o Customer care and after sales services.
o Ready to work and provide technical support at night (split shift among team members).
Requirements
· Education:
o Bachelor or degree in: Software / IT / Logistic / E-Commerce
o Course or certification: Magento Backend
· Experience:
o Minimum 1 year experience in current position or similar position
o Proven at least 3 years of experience
· Required skills:
o Familiar with MS Office / Google Suite
o Knowledge of UML diagram
o Diagram tool: Draw.io / Figma / Visio / Adobe XD…
o Logical thinking
o Critical thinking
o Knowledge of SDLC (software development life circle)
o XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (as least 6 months experience)
o Restful API, Graphql
o Basic GIT and Linux command
· Advanced skills:
o SQL and database
o Knowledge of any programing language (like PHP, C, C++. C#, Java, JavaScript…).
o Knowledge of many operating system (like Linux, Window, MAC, iOS, Android…).
o Confluent in English.
o Good communication and communication skills, good management skills
o Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
o BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
o UX/UI concept.
o SEO optimization
o Backend language: PHP / .Net / Nodejs
o Database engine: MySQL / PostgreSQL
·PWA development
· Understanding of Agile methodologies

- $2000 salary and position are reviewed every 6 months
- 13th month salary, Bonus, Insurance regime as prescribed (for CT employees)
