The PIV Superivsor is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), especially electric forklifts. The role ensures safety, reliability, and efficiency of the forklift fleet, while managing maintenance staff and optimizing maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the forklift maintenance team, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Establish and monitor maintenance schedules for all electric forklifts (battery checks, motor systems, hydraulics, etc.).

• Supervise and train a team of forklift technicians, ensuring proper skills, safety compliance, and job performance.

• Ensure proper battery maintenance and safe handling of battery charging systems.

• Monitor and control maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and tool usage.

• Keep detailed maintenance records and develop reports on performance, downtime, and repair history.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations departments to ensure sufficient forklift availability.

• Lead troubleshooting activities for recurring technical issues and propose improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, ISO requirements, and company safety standards.

• Support procurement of maintenance-related materials and services when needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Degree qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in maintaining electric forklifts or similar industrial vehicles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of electric forklift systems: battery, electric motor, controller, hydraulics, and safety systems.

• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate maintenance schedules effectively.

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• High responsibility, hands-on working style, and readiness to respond to urgent maintenance issues.
