Baller Headwear is a Singapore Company which is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We're located in Hoa Khanh industrial park in Da Nang.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team. If you are highly skilled in financial management, possess strong analytical abilities, and have extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, we would love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE

• Managing all aspects of accounting, and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, ledgers, and reports.
• Participate in developing the company's accounting system on ERP software.
• Other related accounting and finance jobs and monthly reports directly to Director

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Chief Accountant in manufacturing company
• Being able to read and write in English
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Having a basic understanding of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Having proven experience working in manufacturing companies or foreign direct investment (FDI) companies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial data and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
