Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. If you are a detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical individual looking to elevate your career, Baller Headwear is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals aiming for a leadership role.

WHAT WILL YOU BE INVOLVED IN

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize working capital, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
• Lead risk management initiatives, including foreign exchange, credit, and interest rate risk management.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize financing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
• Support in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor accounting & finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in financial management in manufacturing costing and full set accounting (garment/textile industry is preferred)
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience in cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Working time: Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am - 4:30 pm. Half day off on Saturday.
