Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to advance your career, Baller Headwear is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals to take on a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, shipping, and supplier coordination.

WHAT WILL YOU BE INVOLVED IN

• Prepare all import and export documents and necessary documents of the shipment in compliance with regulations.
• Declare customs declarations on the Ecus VNACCS system and complete customs clearance procedures.
• Work with customs authorities to resolve arising customs-related issues to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
• Do inspect goods in customs authority (if red lane)
• Follow the loading of the export goods (check and count cartons when loading onto trucks/containers in the factory, check the container status )

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• M.a.le
• Strong understanding of customs procedures, and regulations.
• Proven experience in logistics, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using the Ecus VNACCS system.
• Good command of English.
• Acting agile, honest, responsible, self-conscious, and proactive at work.
• Excellent communication, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

WORKING TIME

• Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
